Our wedding was Aug. 5, 2017. If I could give 1,000 stars I would! Essentially everything was beyond perfect....nothing went wrong, everything was 100% smooth & seamless. At least that's how it felt to me (the bride). We had an extraordinary day-of coordinator, Esther. I was originally worried about having a different day-of planner than the ladies we had worked with for the last year or so, but, Esther was perfect & blew my mind! She was phenomenal in every way & made me more relaxed on what is supposed to be a stressful day, but it wasn't - thanks to her. She even did little things - brought me a water while me & the husband were outside taking pictures, carried my dress when a bridesmaid wasn't around, helped & consistently checked on my ailing grandmother throughout the night, check on us (bride & groom) even when she didn't have anything for us, she just checked on us. She was genuinely concerned.

The venue was beautiful! I've read some of these reviews & it's like they're describing a whole different experience & venue than what I had experienced. The food was delicious. The cake was delicious. We used The Pros (a bundled DJ, Videographer, & photographer) service where you can pick the person that you think best fits your style & needs. The Photographer was out of this world good! And we had our digital pics in a few days. Some say it's the best wedding pictures they've ever seen. It looks like we were in a bridal magazine. Stephen (photog) was worth his weight in gold! I would steer clear of the DJ, Albert, however.

The only negative thing we experienced (still not enough to dock them a star by any means) was that we had a less than favorable bartender. This can easily be changed so that you don't have to go through what I did, so I didn't feel it should count against them. Our experience with the older female bartender was that she was hesitant to make the bride drinks - proclaiming that she had made me enough drinks! Ok- 1) it was an open bar, 2) I had maybe 4-5 drinks the entire night...ask any bride, it's nearly impossible to drink at your own wedding, 3) how rude! Many of my new in-laws took that to mean that the bride was drunk! I had lots of questions & reports coming back to me upon my return from the Honeymoon. I was embarrassed to say the least.

If I could do it all over again, the only thing I would change is the bartender & DJ (not Valle Vista's fault- it was mine). I'm only slightly saddened that I will never have another wedding b/c Valle Vista made it so fun & nearly effortless. They are a wedding-mill without the feeling that your just dollar-signs. Instead, they are clearly a well-oiled machine. They do what they do often & they do it very well. 1,000% recommend Valle Vista for your ceremony & reception. You won't find a better deal anywhere! Just tell them what you want, & allow them to make it happen & show up on your wedding day. It will never get any easier than that!

The worst service I have ever had in my life. I got married here and it was the worst process imaginable. The staff are rude; liars and full of excuses and then try and place the blame on everyone else but themselves. I have never seen a group of people take such little responsibility. 

If you are thinking about having a wedding here do not do it. I know it looks nice but you will regret it.
