They returned phone calls and emails immediately and followed up until each detail was complete. They made sure we met important deadlines to assure our celebration of life was exceptional and remembered by all. They offered support and direction when it was needed most.

If you are looking for true luxury for you loved one this is the place to go. The chapel staff were so helpful with my family to make the right decisions in an untimely passing. It was wonderful have people that were so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Danielle was always there the answer my calls and help me plan. Even late at night responding to my emails with ideas. As we all know, it can happen so quickly and we want to have everything perfect for our loved ones. I give them 100 stars!! In addition to making the service perfect, lessen the stress, and help with perfect planning, I was pleasantly surprised that we were invited to another ceremony they held later to celebrate the lives they have helped. It was so nice to get an engraved dove and angel engraved with my Dad's name on it. I cherish them everyday. Thank Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapel for a great experience in a very tragic time for my family! Jessica Mickle
