This is a response written by the owner himself to Sean Prokes.

First of all we did not "SELL " you an apartment, we "RENTED" the apartment to you. Don't know if you know the difference. We gave you the telephone numbers to call to setup for the gas company, electric company, cable and phone. It seems like you forgot to call the gas company if you call everyone else. You seem like a person that doesn't know what is going on, and we never had a problem when we rented your mother apartments."

After reading it carefully, you decide if they are rude to their clients.  They are questioning his intelligence and making smart remarks.  If you want to work with a respectable and committed company to helping you find a home, please avoid Kraham Sales & Leasing Corporation.

They showed me the most amazing apartment, no hassle, zero headache, very efficient and reliable. Very happy with service. Most of my friends went through Kraham.

HORRIBLE. Sold me an apartment and did not inform me the gas meter had been removed (which is their legal responsibility). Told me I can bring back the keys when I called them after I had already moved in. Too bad I have to give at least 1 star. The RUDEST, most ARROGANT people I have dealt with in any company. Worse than the DMV

Most RUDE ARROGANT HEAD STRONG AND UNHELPFUL people i have ever seen ... verryyy unhelpful in every matter ... the only good part is that the apartments they show are ok ...
