The store itself is pretty nice and usually decent service. However, I custom ordered a cake for my dad's 50th Birthday. The day I was supposed to pick it up, I never got notified it was ready. So, I called and asked, nobody in the bakery answered. So I called customer service, they transferred me to the bakery. No answer. So they picked up again and said "Nobody in the bakery is answering." And didn't offer any help. So, I was screwed out of a cake I had ordered a week ahead of time. Luckily, I hadn't paid, yet.
The older black lady in the Deli is the rudest deli person I've ever encountered at any Kroger!!! She wasn't listening when I gave her my order for the cheese and getting ready to cut the wrong one. I told her the correct cheese AGAIN & she wanted to argue. Then she tells me one at a time because she's not going to remember any of that. Boar's Head provide ordering pads and all she have to do is USE THEM!
This used to be our go to for groceries, but thinking about going elsewhere. It has gone way downhill in the past year or so. The parking lot is terrible, shopping carts all over the lot, very few actually put up and ready for use in the store. Constantly out of items I know that's a problem everywhere, but seems worse here. Some items they don't carry anymore, so options seem to be very limited compared to in the past.
I’m sure a decade ago this place was amazing with the Starbucks and all but now it’s a smelly yucky mess. My visit was not the best and it was mainly cleanliness. Went to get tofu and the case looks like it has never ever ever ever been cleaned almost walked out. Target would never I’m just gonna start going across the street.
I gave it a 4 only because it is not as large as some Kroger's stores. However, they had a really good selection of food. I went to find different flavored candies for making fudge. I discovered this location has quite the selection in the baking supply is.
Y'all need to change y'all's hours on here. If you say your open till midnight, you better be open. Why am I pulling up around 11 and you're closed?? Same goes for the one on Barksdale. People used Google maps to figure out business's hours all the time. Y'all used to be open till 1. What happened??
One checkout lane open, 6 folks standing around on their phones. Everyone forced to self checkout. Lazy, no Thank You Kroger !!
I have never seen them open more than 1 register. The lines get too long and just not worth fomming to the store because of it
Update: 8/15/22 What the actual eff, kroger?? Went in for a few things to make dinner and my kid is leaving with dang near asthma attack because the self checkout person is constantly spraying lysol!!! I understand we have to be careful but this is unacceptable!! Original review This kroger has gone south in the last few months. At first it was product shortages, but that's everywhere so i gave them a pass. But then the store itself started looking crazy- random crapp in the aisles, spills on the floor. A few weeks ago as i was using self checkout i had to listen to a young lady who was watching the self checkout explain to a young male who was also an employee how yeast infections change "smells" and how women deal with it. The starbucks employee also came over to chat. All the while the lady right next to her needed assistance and so did a little old man and they are having a discussion on yeast infections. Tonight i stopped by after work and hours have changed again and they close at 11 when the internet says 1 am. I'm so over this store.
I watched as the bakery waited on the lady in front of me, then went and hid and refused to wait on me. When they were called over intercom they didn’t wait on me, and when addressing them the sane woman who literally waited on the person before hid and sent someone else out to tell me they would not wait on me. Y’all I’ve been ordering my kids birthday cakes here for years…
