I have been in this store three times a week for 15 years, it’s a great store with friendly and helpful staff, except for the deli. The women that work in the deli meat area are lazy and as rude as anyone in the service industry has ever been to me. The rest of the store is great with a super selection of high end products, excellent meat and seafood. The deli obviously has a severe lack of management, I have complained to store manager and no one seemed to care.

I stopped in to this Brookshires last week with a friend to grab something, and we were in and out. The cashier was really sweet, and quick so we could be on our way again. If I'm on that side of town, and need to stop at a store for something, I will definitely consider Brookshires!!!!!!

Went in to grab a frozen meal for lunch. Completely forgot this is the Boujee brookshires in a good way. End up going to the deli to mix and match fresh hot items. Spent about $20 and had complete meal with sides and drinks. Will be hitting them up more often.

This location seems like a multi-cultural setting. Isn't just white or black people working here, but even a couple of Asians. Not that it should matter, but I've always liked any setting where everybody is there. It was slightly crowded, but not so much to where I had trouble maneuvering. Their deli area is a lot bigger than any other Brookshire's location, and I really enjoy that aspect of the store. There are lots of things there I haven't seen before in other locations. So, this will definitely be a new favorite for me. Workers were kind.

Extremely clean and tidy store! They have a great selection of anything and everything you can think of! I work a few stores down from this place so it’s a quick walk to get whatever you need!

Brookshire's has been a family favorite for a long time. Everything in this freezer drawer I bought @ Brookshire's. Some great deals, ultra clean, well stocked & super friendly. I don't remember what it was like back in the day but now it's like an upscale market & still offering good prices.

As much as I visit this location, I was surprised to see this poor Customer Service! Unfortunately, on this particular day I did not have a good visit.  Usually, the customer service here is AWESOME! However, on this day upon entering I received NO welcome, and I proceeded to pick up the few items I needed to get. I then went to the nearest checkout where the cashier was preoccupied as well. I gave her my number, she rang up my items, I paid for my things, I even had to put my own items in the buggy after rebagging some of them due to the bag tearing and I wished her well. I proceeded to my vehicle where I placed my items in the car with no assistance. Mostly Large Items--Including Case of Water Immediately AFTER I finished someone came to retrieve my cart though. I guess My question is: What happen to the Awesome Customer Service at this location?

Everyone is super nice.   The shelves are always stocked neatly and sale items have sale tags attached to shelf so you don’t have to search for them.  It is the cleanest grocery store  around.
