Hey NBC,  I had great customer service! The ladies up front greeted me when I walked in. I got a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie bundlet. This is my to-go cake to get at any NBC shop. This location had one issue, the flavor. I thought the frosting wasn’t as flavorful. The cake was also bland. Usually I would not have any issues with this flavor but at this location, I could clearly tell.

I'm usually not a fan of cake but these are so delicious! I bought the 10in delicious wishes red velvet bundt cake for my mom's birthday. It looked so nice and tasted even better! The cake was so moist and it had chocolate chips on the inside with cream cheese icing. I decided to try even more flavors the next day!

I am utterly disappointed with the poor customer service I received from this Youree Drive location! I, My family, and my boyfriend are REGULAR patrons of this establishment; especially my boyfriend as he works at the business directly next door literally ATTACHED, sharing a wall with Nothing Bundt Cakes. For his birthday, I wanted to make a special delivery to him while he was next door at work and an associate, per her manager, insisted that I would still be required to pay a $20 delivery fee even though the cake would only be transported via WALKING next door from one suite to the next!! He just visited the establishment two days ago on his 15-min break which emphasizes the INCREDIBLY CLOSE PROXIMITY of this business to his place of work. I will never patronize this establishment ever again! This staff was UNREMORSEFUL in RUINING my surprise I had for my boyfriend. If it were possible, I would leave negative stars, as it serves ZERO purpose to support such an establishment.

The cake was delicious, no complaints there. But I was never told that when you order a decorated cake, it is a cake kit that you will have to “assemble” yourself. I expected a cake put together and ready to go. It was not. I was also told that the cake could either be assembled and “wrapped” in cellophane or in pieces in boxes and a bag. And that I could not have it wrapped and then placed in at least one box for transport purposes or for leftovers. The shift manager told me that I could not have that because the boxes were too expensive. Next time I will just get one from Sams across the street. This NBC location assured me that customer service is not their priority. 80$ for a cake and a 2$ box cost them a good review.

Drove over an hour just to taste these Great Cakes and Wasnt Disappointed !!!!! Would have been even better if they had Free spoons and forks to go with the Bundtlets,  so you could start Enjoying them Immediately!!!!

All of their cakes are moist and taste good! My experience with this store is always 5-star!!!!

Receive a free Bundtlet every year for my birthday, I have tried many flavors but personally nothing beats classic vanilla, could go a little less on the icing

I order multiple times a year for different occasions. I made an order the morning of 2/4/22 to be picked up at 9am. I received a call around 8am stating that it would not be ready until 1030-11am,which was inconvenient for me because I had to wait til 4pm to get them, which is fine. Once I got home I realized that I did not get the Happy Birthday Message card that they make you pay .50$ extra for. So I had to wait all day to pick them up and then my order was still incorrect. I placed an order for a dozen custom bundt cupcakes.

Placed my order over the phone all the way from Los Angeles, CA! Ordered a 10-inch Lemon Bundt Cake for my elderly parents in Shreveport for their Birthdays. Melanie and her team decorated the cake so nice. My folks especially loved the balloons and special decorations. I was told the cake was kept cold and they really enjoyed the moisture of it and the Lemon frosting. I wanted to give a special thank you for Nothing Bundt Cakes because they were able to accommodate my same-day delivery request and delivered the cake shortly after I ordered it. Best surprise ever! My sweet folks were in tears when the door bell rung and saw this gift. 5 stars for Taste, Decoration & Delivery!!!

Tried everyone of them. My favorites are strawberry and cream and snickerdoodle. Also like the new key lime new flavor.Hope to try new ones as they come out. Maybe suggest a Christmas one pistachio’s?
