The shoes at the store looked great, however the manager verbally attacked me and cursed at me. He got in my face and started screaming at me. Nothing I did warranted this behavior. I never raised my voice or showed the manager any disrespect. He completely over reacted and made me feel scared and uncomfortable that he was going to attack me. As I walked out he slammed the door and continued to yell profanities at me. I have never been disrespected by someone like that in me life.

Great store and knowledgeable staff I went in expecting to just try on boots and left having purchased the king toe 8" composite toe. I'm happily impressed with the way the boots Feel On My Feet, and it was great to find out my insole style during the fitting process.

I think there are better boots out there for the money. I had a pair for 6 years I don't think the quality is there anymore...looked at reviews on youtube.

Very polite location! Went in for new insoles. When they weren't comfortable after a few days I returned it no problem, and they tried hard to find a flat pair of insoles for me. The owner sold them to me, and a young lady returned them on another day, both were very polite and helpful. 
The owners dog is super cute and friendly too.

Great boots, was desperately in need of WORK boots again this year, our company gets them there every year! Quite disappointed this year though....Orderd usual boots that i get in the 2nd of Nov.because they were outta my size. Cool i can deal with that, said up to 5 day's to get here. Cool, i can deal with that! I calld THEM on the 9th said truck would be in on 10th!! Cool i said!! It's Monday the 13th...i calld at noon to see if boots i ordered on the 2nd were in yet. Hate to keep bothering people, but my feet were really hurting, and they said they lost my order form that i filled out...called me back and said they finally found it and boots will be in tomorrow...was a little upset rightfully so, explained to them my situation , and my feet were absolutely killin me...and if he was SURE they would be in tomorrow11/14? Told me if i didn't like to go somewhere else with a very ANGRY tone..I found the whole situation unprofessional. Never experienced this here before! But WON'T go back. Red Wing boot's totally Rock and are the BEST out there!! This is in no way any bash on your quality products!! Will simply stay away from this location and find another!! Red Wings ROCK!!
