Worst part city I've been to. There's this curly headed kid named Rick and this chick with short curly hair. The two were just sitting around talking about some girl at their school while I was waiting for them. Plus, they both kept stealing candy. Lazy employees.

This Party City location is decent. It has a different feel than the Colerain and Rookwood location. This location is smaller maybe or maybe the selections are smaller. Overall, the experience is cool, you can get what need for a Party.

If you get a secret joy from throwing parties where everything matches, you're going to love this place. Balloons, tableware, decorations, cupcake holders, candy, party favors, Halloween costumes, seasonal decorations... they have it all. Despite all they have packed in it here it isn't hard to find things.
