I've been a regular shopper at Kroger for years.  1st they stopped selling items that I was buying every week.  Confusing, when every time I tried to buy the items they were running low.  2nd their fuel prices are higher than any other gas stations in the area, and even with the discounts provided by shopping at Kroger, its still too high.  3rd and final:  Today I tried to shop, on a Sunday, 3 regular registers open and 2 self serve.  Customers lined down the aisles.  They can't say they were shorthanded as I seen many non-helpful employees down the aisles working.  When I asked for the manager - he never showed up even though she said he was just around the corner.  They need to make changes, as of now, I'm not going back.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Be careful if you go to this Kroger. I was embarrassed in front of other customers today because I did not know the balance on my gift card wasn't enough to cover the items I was purchasing and wasn't aware until I tried to purchase these items. I asked and attendant to help cancel out an item and she was kind and went and got the manager. The manager A had no clue how to handle this situation and was making very rude comments towards me about how I should know the balance on my card very loudly. I just felt this was completely unprofessional for this manager to attack me about my card when she hadn't the slightest clue on how to do PART OF HER JOB. I have been going to Kroger for years and this is the first time I've had a bad experience. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Been coming here since 2004, love this Kroger. Cashiers are wonderful, you walk down aisles to shop & employees & management tell me hi. The thing that bothers me bad is that in the bottle return, every time I go to wash my hands, the sink is just filthy, every time & for years. I wish they would scrub it down & keep it clean. Looks like something that would be in The Texas Chainsaw massacre house. Lol

Returned bottles!!  Whent to cash in tickets,,  and a nasty black women wouldn't cash all my tickets!  I had 45.00 in tickets,said we only have a 25.00 limit..  I've cashed in 70.00 bucks a month ago no issues ,, told to come back some other day!!  I told them both to F-off!  Kroger's sucks
