Always a pleasure, very professional and courteous. Excellent workmanship and prices. I bought 2 sets of tires with tire insurance, potholes got 2 tires and they replaced them free, no hassles!! Garden City Belle Tire is the best.

Came in with a flat right before they closed. They were very polite! They pulled my car in and fixed it within minutes. Extremely good price! Thanks guys, you saved me a long walk home and alot of money.

I give them 4.5 on customer service especially Jeff. Productivity level of the employees is poor. The wait time could be cut in half if they weren't on their phones and talking to eachother majority of the time, while on the clock. No urgency. I work in operational management.

A review based on multiple visits: A few years ago I brought a truck to get a rack and pinion replaced. Over 1,000 dollars where another shop soon after did the same for 270 because the belle tire guy made sure mine wouldn't last long. We found a pinhole in the brand new power steering hose, complete BS. Not a tear, an actual needle hole. Things like that don't "wear" like that. Today I went to get a simple front alignment done. I was running late and other shops were closing. They demanded a 43 dollar inspection and that they had to make sure the rear wasn't adjustable. I said FRONT alignment. Not all 4 sides, for one. For two, it's bolt-on non-adjustable bearings in the rear, and it's well known, being a TOYOTA COROLLA. I understand company procedure and there are requirements. But seriously? Don't threaten me with extra charges just because you can. I don't want a 29 point inspection. JUST AN ALIGNMENT!!!! It's new tie rods, they are perfectly fine, just need to be aligned. You don't need to charge 43 dollars to look at it. For real. I could literally go ANYWHERE ELSE for a front alignment, and you know what? They align it. Everytime I've come here there's an issue. They faked parts being broken so I had to pay for it years ago, they can't just simply do an alignment on new parts, and want to charge at every possible angle. You're not going to charge me to "make sure" everything is good. Don't BS me, you're going to say 200 things are wrong and I'll be charged for nothing. Just ALIGN THE DAMN THING!!! Welp, too late, I'm done with this company as a whole and ESPECIALLY this store. Nothing but negative points for this place. These people are just con-artists and want to make up garbage to pull money from you. Never again. Shove your fake repairs far up there.
