Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. We recently got our two cats from this store, and although the Pet Valu staff is not allowed to interact with the pets, the volunteers working at Providing For Paws are there, and they are very helpful. The Pet Valu staff are extremely accommodating and helped us find just the right food, toys, carriers, etc. for our budget. Brenda was especially kind and helpful. Highly recommend this store.

Went in there first time today for there dog wash. My dog is very hairy and when I was blowing drying him his hair looked like snow on the floor, I offered to clean it and they politely said they have it taken care of. There towels are fluffy and clean, I love the stairs to get the dog in the tub good for big dogs. Also it is quite a value at $10.65 to be able to safely wash my big 125# pound dog, I bring his own shampoo. But it's clean and definitely user friendly. Will be back once a month to give him a bath.

Did very well with my dog when I went here; they have great staff and helpful grooming.

Close to home, they have everything we need. The staff is always friendly and the store is always very clean!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I used the dog wash today. It was a little difficult for my senior dog to get in the tub, I had to finish helping him get in to the tub, but for the most part it was ok. They do supply their own shampoo and towels, but I brought my own. I was going to use a conditioner, but couldn't find a shedless one that they supplied, or you could buy. They also had a "drying table." For the most part for a simple bath it works.
