This is my favorite grocery store. Especially their doughnuts. The glazed are delicious. They have a very friendly and helpful staff as well.

Knowing that they are located near a college, you would think they would be prepared with enough hot food from kitchen. They had nothing. Very disappointed.

I've have not had good service at any Kroger. Saturday was my aunt 85th birthday party and I need flowers, so I went to the Kroger on Lombard in Richmond Virginia. I was looking for a nice center peace for the table. I found a bouquet of Orange roses, but I need them in a vase. I asked the young lady that was working in the floral department if she could put them in the vase for me. She said Ma'am I'll have to charge you for doing this. I told that will be fine, so she proceeded to put in the flowers in the vase that I had pick out. Cutting way the extra leaves to make it look nice, then she said this isn't the right vase for the flowers. She pick out another vase put the flowers in that vase and when back fixing the bouquet. She asked me what was the flowers for I told her it was for my aunt birthday. She said that's nice and proceeded to add more flowers to the vase. A simple bouquet because something wonderful for my aunt. She didn't charge extra, but I would  paid it. It was worth every penny. I'm not sure what her name was but if she was working in Kroger at Lombard in Richmond Virginia on Saturday October 21st between 12 & 1 I thank you. You are truly and angel.

they've got everything you need, and it's all good stuff. there's plenty of self checkout, and it's a great place to pop in for a few things. I only wish the parking lot was bigger

very nice Kroger store. Properly stocked. Everything was nicely situated and ready to buy. The customer service staff was friendly and always willing to help. Had to end up dealing with a manager and they were both nice as well and understanding
