I've only had a problem with one employee at this store and I believe she is gone. I want to point out the pharmacy here is excellent compared to Airport Plaza that picks and chooses who they will fill a legitimate prescription for. Brentwood Village is definitely my choice!
This store is the absolute worse! We all rate it, talk to management, and corporate and yet nothing changes! I could not get so many basic items tonight because shelves are empty! It is disgustingly dirty with mold growing in the ceiling. We have no choices here in Decatur! We need to protest or something. Start showing up at city hall?? Something has to happen!
They are restocking, and aisles are a mess. Carts can't go in both directions. The products on shelves are not accessible.
Normally it's a decent experience in the shopping center, but going over to the pharmacy can be a pain. I had to pick up my prescriptions and I ended up having to leave because nobody would acknowledge me. They decided to answer phones and do other stuff instead.
I move this store but for the love of God can yall please stop price gauging on the chicken how does a pack of krogers wings cost $21 to $24 dollars that is outrageous and its so hard to afford a pack of wings yall need to do better I love krogers but the food there is HIGH!!! PLEASE MAKE IT AFFORDABLE FOR PEOPLE WHO CANT AFFORD IT !!
Very clean store, friendly staff. Sometimes this store can be very busy, but just check the timing of when you come. Overall not a bad store. Seems to have a lot in stock.
This is my rating scale for the quality of the toilet paper in the men's bathroom facilities. I think a lot can be inferred about a business based on the toilet paper they stock in their restrooms. Inadequate is between 2-3 ply, the rest are based on this as a starting point. Sandpaper Inadequate Acceptable Plush Luxury For this business the TP is rated as: inadequate. The TP is actually 2-ply. The basic large roll stuff most corporations get. The worst part was the toilet in the single stall. It felt like it wasn't even attached and wobbled really bad. As of someone had previously tried to steal it, but eventually gave up. And since this is Decatur, I guess that's completely plausible.
Store needs a deep cleaning. I would not trust any food bought at this location. The foul smell and disgusting floors that greet you walking through the door is enough to turn around and go up the street to County Market. I'd give negative stars if I could.
I am tired of going into this store where they cannot keep staff. People work where conditions and pay are good. Management needs to improve. This is not the only Kroger that has this going on so I believe it’s a corporate issue. They made record profits but can’t keep staff. That says something about top management where the real money lands.
Almost made it. 1 star if something.... I can't remember but overall enjoyed getting food there. I think cleanliness comes to mind. But I'm sitting here thinking I don't think it was that dirty but I could be wrong.
