We have had the pleasure of having Kroll Furnace take care of our heating and cooling in our homes for over 40 years.  We just recently had a new furnace, water heater, and air purifying system installed at our present home.  Kroll Furnace did an outstanding job and we're very pleased with the results.  Their employees are friendly, courteous, and sure know their business.  We highly recommend Kroll Furnace and thank them for their excellent work.

We first called Kroll Furnace in mid-June 2017 when our air conditioning unit stopped functioning on a Friday evening.  I called Kroll and within an hour Mitch was at our house.  He discovered a bad capacitor in the A/C unit, had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes after arriving and the charge was very reasonable, especially for an after hours service call.

Due to the age of our home we decided to replace the furnace and A/C later in July.  We called Kroll and received a very competitive quote.  Kroll installed our new HVAC system in late July and we were very pleased with their service.  Their installation team was very informative, freindly and professional.  A very speedy installation with no mess at all!  We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Kroll and we would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I have been working with Kroll Furnace for over 15 years and would highly recommend them .  Their front office staff is a pleasure to work and always answered the phone. The technicians are incredibly knowledgable, professional, on time and willing to answer my questions.  Love knowing I am working with a family owned, local business!  Great work Kroll Furnace!

With the hot weather last week we had Kroll furnace come check our air because it was not working properly, they came the same day checked everything out, serviced it and had a very nice technician, I would recommend Kroll Furnace anytime. Very good Company!
