Let me begin by saying that I am giving this business a star ONLY because Google forces you to in order to post your review.  We were referred to Prince Motors by a family friend in the auto sales industry and were unfortunately VERY DISAPPOINTED.  My husband and I called and test drove a Suburban and made on offer on said Suburban to Tyler.  Tyler made a counter offer to us on the vehicle we said we needed to discuss it and we would call him and let him know and that in the mean time we would drop the car back at the dealership so that they could fix a rust issue on the car's front fender.  We called Tyler back 1.5 hours after dropping the car off to accept their counter offer and purchase the vehicle only to be told that they sold it out from under us.  He told us that most people who say they are going to call never do so, instead of waiting for us to call, they took the 1.5 hours of the car back in their possession - NOT to fix the car but instead to call another customer (the person didn't randomly stop in, THEY (Prince Motors) contacted THEM), let this customer test drive and purchase the vehicle.  Tyler told us multiple times that there was "no pressure" but apparently "no pressure" means write us a check immediately or we'll sell it someone else. He DID NOT tell us that if we needed to think about the counter offer that they would show it to another customer.  We even spoke with Dwight, the owner, who did nothing to make our situation right. This business has demonstrated to our family that they care more about making a sale at any cost than the customer, that they have NO integrity, and that when the rubber meets the road in a tough situation they WILL NOT do the right thing.  I would not recommend that anyone waste their time or hard earned money at this place of business.

Tyler did apologize and PROMISED that he would find us another car with similar mileage, in similar shape and in our price range.  If and when he makes good on that promise I would consider changing my review but either way, this is not a 5 star business.

UPDATE: It has now been one month since our dealing with Prince Motors and not only have they not found us a car as Tyler promised but they haven't even contacted us once to let us know how their search is going.  Based on this I can only assume that they are not performing a search and have no intention of following through on Tyler's promise to find us another vehicle unfortunately confirming our experience that they are a business operating with no integrity.

Straight forward service. No hidden agenda. 
Amazing customer service!! I will be recommending this team to my family and friends. Buying a reliable car with a good price is always a struggle, but this team made it a breeze!!!! Working with Steve was great, he opened the store early for me, managed to get my paperwork in order while I was at work, and had the car ready to pick up the very next morning with no hiccups. They worked with my bank and gave me all the information upfront to make sure I was making an informed decision. 
Thank you Steve and Charlie, for making this stressful situation so much easier!!

I recently purchased a second vehicle from Prince Motors. I can honestly say, it was a pleasure. Tyler, Charlie and Dwight were very kind to work with. They understand your needs and what your looking for, if they do not have it, they will find it. I will definitely recommend this business to family/ friends or anyone looking for a vehicle. By far the nicest people around, the process was very simple and super quick. Thank you Prince Motors! I’d give this business 10/10 stars if I could!

Today, my wife and I were actively looking for a new vehicle. We had been all over checking for three specific cars. We came across one of those at Prince Motors. After a long day we made it to this dealership. We dealt with Steve Avram and met the whole Prince Family. They priced the car well up front and were willing to meet our requests. Without even asking they put brand new tires on the SUV and had a body guy take care of all little dings and made sure the car was absolutely perfect. They were very helpful and did not push at all in sales. They also treated us with complete respect. All very important to us. I am the President of a 4th Generation family business and those extra touches of service go a long way!! Well done and thank you team Prince Motors.

My son works at Prince Motors and I have to say it is a great place to purchase a car! I have purchased two cars from them and have been very happy. I would and do, recommend them to anyone looking for a great used car. The sales staff and service is impeccable and I would say that even if my son did not work there!! :)
