UPDATE - A day after being disappointed with the service, the owner called and couldn't apologize enough. He committed to creating priorities to improve communication and wanted to be sure to make things "right" with us. Great follow up, just unfortunate follow up was needed. Hopefully something good will come from this for others. 

Terrible service. We were told the vehicle is in good shape. It's is except for the ball joints, tie rod ends, shocks, and the brakes that squeal.  HTS was supposed to apply for title and plate. After 13 days and two before the temporary tag expired we were told we'll get your plate today. Coincidence???  Not. Went back a second time to pick up the plate.  Young sales guy waived as we came in. After 10 minutes went looking for someone to wait on us. Even though young sales guy had all the info he got the wrong plate. Supposed to be a veteran plate. Not sure he knows what that is. Owner apologized while young sales guy filled out a second temporary tag, never said a word, never apologized, nothing. Still don't know if they applied for the plate. No call, no communication, nothing. Sad!!! Unprofessional!!! Would not recommend them at all. No follow through, fly by night, flippant, amateur, they got paid and could care less about the customer after that. Once they make the sale, you are on your own.

Travis works very hard to give his customers the best deal/value possible. He is straight forward, professional and honest. I feel comfortable when I refer business to him and HTS.

I just bought my 3rd truck from the guys at HTS auto. Travis and Dave were very helpful throughout the process. Having worked with other dealers in town and then finding them; their experience and expertise make them the clear choice for my next vehicle.

I had got a Journey from them and a good warranty. My neighbor told me to come see them after my lease was up and Im happy I did.

This was my first time not buying a vehicle through a new car dealership and it was phenomenal. Worked with Travis on my new Ford Flex AWD. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend them over Todd Wenzel!
