NO STARS. I know this is a collection agency. But the people are used to getting right to the point of talking down and arguing with anyone in their database. I dont know why I am even in their accounts. My daughter left for Kuwait and I took my grandchild to daycare for a year. Does that make me account holder? My daughter who is going to pay the bill is the originator. Same as taking my grandaughter to the doctor NOT ONE DOCTOR has charged me for services. They charged my daughter. The idiot I talked to told me that since I was taking my grandbaby to school everyday I was responsible for the bill. BACKWARDS as all DAY!!!!

I paid my medical debt and the company never got in touch with the provider to let them know it had been paid. I was turned away for medical assistance. This company shouldn't be allowed to do business.

I swear if they had a 0 rating I will I just called and the lady was so rude then after I told her I'll call sometime next week to pay my credit she hanged up in my face..!! WORST SERVICE EVER.!!!

If I could rate these people lower I would. Yes I have some debt, I have been working very hard to get everything straight and paid up, it's been a slow process but I'm getting there. These people called me at 9pm on a Tuesday night and demanded that I pay them $140 for a bill from an urgent care office I had went to 2 years ago. This is the first I was hearing the about the money owed, I had never received a bill, phone call, email, etc. They stated if I didn't pay immediately that my debt would be turned over to a credit reporting agency. Luckily for me I was smart enough to tell them that the would have to call back the next day, which gave me time to research the company only to find that I'm not the first that has had similar problems. If these people call you saying you have a debt I would suggest calling the company you have the debt with directly and handling it that way.
