How is it possible that you only have one person taking customers?? There is a line of 15 people waiting, with only one person scanning/stamping/pricing/etc. She seems lovely and as if she provides good service, but this is literally insane. Other staff member walking around asking if anyone needs help addressing or just picking up a package. I have no problem waiting in line if there’s adequate staffing and it’s just busy, but that’s not the case. Do better.

I would love to give them a negative star if I could. The staff is extremely rude and impolite especially the "lady" in the front. They never answer the phones, have no answers to any questions, and act as if you are bothering them when you are speaking to them. What's the point of having these people? They are useless.

This place never has more than one person working the counter even though there are other employees who briefly appear at the front desk to ask if anybody is dropping off prepaid items. Why not have the extra employees deal with the customers instead of hiding out in back?  I've been in line for 45 minutes as I write this with no end on site. Avoid this post office at all costs.

Had a great experience with this office today. I went in for a money order, and the staff was very knowledgeable and able to complete my request quickly and without issue. 

The only reason that I have not rated a 5/5 is due to one of the two registers not being able to accept cash payments. This was an inconvenience for some and slowed the movement of the line.

They were extremely friendly and helped me get all my stuff in the least expensive packages.
