My wife went in to get her biometricd done today. There is a sign on the door stating the list of rules and bringing a purse is not one of them. Now as she went to the "greeter" who yelled out the rules to her like my wife does not understand english at all. Somebody at USCIS need to evaluate their employees and see if they actually deliver excellent customer care and not look displeased with the people who keeps them employed. This might be the one government agency that acts this way towards immigrants.

Awesome experience. I went for an early walk-in biometrics appointment on 4/24/2017, originally scheduled on 5/1/2017. I was never questioned on why I was there and immediately got a ticket number. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly to me. The experience is nothing like the Mexican ASC's, where there's so many people waiting in line, and they have so many security steps you kind of feel like a criminal.
