I went inside because drive-thru had a few cars so I thought it would be quicker to go inside. I was wrong. It took over 10 minutes to get my order.

Horrible service. We have learned to not pull forward after ordering at the window, YOU WILL WAIT 20-30 Minutes for your order. After we stated that we will not be moving forward in hopes our order will come faster, the employee got the manager and the manager gave us the worst attitude. Both the employee and the manager named Susanna we're rude! We tried to explain why we would not move forward and the manager basically told us we were wrong and none of that ever happened. Happened each time she was on duty. we've had several experiences with the krystals in Byron where we got cold food after waiting for 20 mins for someone to bring our food, we've had them forget about our order, etc. Go somewhere else, the problem will not be solved.

I only went there once and it was very clean and the staff was friendly. My food was hot and I don't have any complaints. If I go to Byron again I will have no problem stopping by grabbing a combo meal.lol

We have come here several times in the past ans had great krystals... The last 3 times has been horrible though ! For 48 Krystals it took them nearly 30 mins to make, we actually waited so long we figured they forgot our order so we went in to check and they were working on it but.... The actual store smelled like really bad body odor.... The other 2 times they didn't put onions/pickles on, and the other time they gave us krystals loaded with huge pieces of onions but the cheese was not even melted and the krystals were not hot, just warm.... Tired of wasting our time here... We will order from now on in Warner Robins... It's worth the drive.
