One of the best bubble tea in town. Plenty of parking space. Nice staff.

Usually pretty quick service, but expect to wait a bit if it's busy. Bubbles usually range from "pretty good" to "a little TOO chewy."  My one solid complaint would be that even the "less sugar" option is waaaaay too sweet. There's a selection of board games in the corner for those who choose to sit and sip.

great Bubble tea with so much add on variety. could be intimidating if you are not sure what you want.

Lots of different flavors, kids love all the choices. Friendly staff. Very clean and organized. I think it's pricey for a drink but Kung Fu Tea seems to be in line with what others charge. Cool drinks!!!
