I just left this Starbucks location and I'm pretty displeased because this is the second time my order has not been correct. Every time I order my drink, I make sure to order it with light ice. On the order label it specifically says that I ordered light ice and when I received the cup and started drinking it, I noticed the entire cup was filled with ice. About four sips and I was already done with my venti venti-sized drink. Hoping I get the correct order if I decide to come to this location again.

It's drive-thru only but that just makes it quick which is very convenient. It has generally been a good experience except this one time they just closed in the middle of the day even though there was workers inside but its not that big of a deal, there's other Starbucks around the area.

Definitely the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Terrible and cocky attitude from an individual named John claiming to be the manager. This wasn't the first incident, all the workers are so unwilling and refuse to make the smallest efforts. I used to buy 1-2 drinks before work on a daily basis but now I don't recommend anyone visiting this store. Drinks are overly sweet and the mannerism of every employee is lacking.

I only came here once, just now. I believe this is only a drive thru. Maybe that's the reason why, I don't know how, but they made my order very fast, and coffee is great.
