Busy place. Very good service especially when it seemed they might have been understaffed. Really wish they would carry Chocolate Frosted Cake Donuts. They never seem to have them so I typically settle for the Double Chocolate Cake Donuts. Also, would be nice if they also had chocolate milk.Food: 3/5
Staff here are on a different dimension. Had to wait 10 minutes in line when the place was almost empty. . 20 minutes later they tell me "we are waiting on the muffins to thaw out'!!! Can't just say we're out. It took me 25 minutes to get egg and cheese in an empty restaurant.

Clean stove even the bathroom coffees fresh tried a new flavor I don't like gotta have my coffee wen I finally escape and get out.
Every time I've tried to order regular glazed donuts, I've gotten jelly filled and powdered, and an assortment of types that no one here eats. The first time I just ordered 6 and got a bunch of weird ones. The 2nd time I tried ordering only glazed, but they did the same thing. Also the hot chocolate tasted really gross and watered down - I ordered 5 of them and only 1 actually tasted good. One had chunks of chocolate that wouldn't dissolve, the other ones were so watered down they looked gray. The hot chocolate is usually great here btw, so I'm hoping it's just a fluke. The bacon was amazing, bagel bites too. The sausage was pretty good and nice size as well. Over all it turned out to be "meh" ‍
Absolutely awful customer service on the part of Melissa. Consistently receive the wrong items that I did not order. Open your ears and learn customer service skills. It’s not hard to understand though, it is LowHell, given the high number of homeless people who congregate outside.
The food can be decent or bad. The service can be decent or bad. Other customers can be decent or bad. Everything just depends on the day and time, but it's never really better than just tolerable.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: No
very rude. I bought food here and ended up using the bathroom and got yelled at because they told me I didn't buy anything, when I did. I don't approve of that when I am a paying customer and even left a tip for them as well.
The Management team are very tough with the addicts, alcoholics just sitting there causing trouble & taking up customers time & asking for money. I'm very happy & safe there & we the people have respect for all types of patience & there's got to be a place for them to spend their in a other location or locations out of town.
I had stopped in there today to warm up because it was really cold around 4pm ish. My phone was not working to call a cab from there to home so I asked the cashier who was on his shift to see if they could call for me but he had to ask the manager to see if it was okay and the manager didn't even aknowledge the temp. outside and refused with an attitude. I ended up walking home. Mind you IM 8 MONTHS PREGNANT!!!!!!!!! What goes around comes around.
