It's one of the busiest place downtown Lowell Massachusetts where people stop in to get warm with a cup of coffee and some snacks. The price are reasonable.Food: 5/5
A typical, everyday Dunks. A little on the slow side but at least they've always gotten my order correctly and the staff was nice enough. I would definitely recommend this location!

Woman working here was very rude. Ignored my existence for 5 minutes while I waited in line directly in front of the counter. Didn't say anything while she did something with the cash register and repeatedly went to the back room. She didn't make eye contact and smirked when I tried to make it with her, as if she knew she was wasting my time. I decided to leave after 5 minutes of waiting, and the second I did, she asked the other person waiting behind me, who had just gotten there, what they wanted. I felt insulted and I think that was the point. Don't know what her deal is, but I wont be coming back.
Really decent service, they get the coffee right the first time. Parking: Parking downtown is very difficult!
Dunkin donut drinks everybody knows how they are, just showing the place from inside because is disgusting the counter, the floor, the tables, the bathrooms everything is dirty af

They were understaff there. One person total was working the front register and cooking the food. I go because the food is good. I like the blueberry low fat muffin.
Go to this dunks regularly and also take my Dog in for her pup cup treat. I am charged $1 for a Sm cup of whip, but in most places it is free!! Why is this location the only one that charges for this ?
