Don't trust the review on their website cause they deleted my review.  Thus I had to leave the review here at google so that everyone knows. Here's what I left for the review and got deleted:

The front desk lady is so rude and constantly wears a long face that makes us never want to step into the office again. We won't even recommend anyone coming to this particular store as long as she's still here.  We first went for glass repair, but ironically their repair caused another crack and thus we had to replace the whole windshield. The repair price was $120 but she said only $60 can be deducted from the replacement cost. She refused to properly explained to us and wears a long face for no reason. The technicians are in general nice and friendly but they didn't pay attention to details, we had to fix on our own afterwards(we took pictures of before and after too). The whole experience is horrible. We choose this shop based on the review that we see, so we are now leaving another view of point so that people can be warned.

Quick service (just a front windshield chip repair) & quality work. Cody was efficient & friendly in his discussion & explained all details.

Said they could re calibrate eye sight Camara after windshield install, after waiting 2 hours turns out that can't. Only Subaru dealer can perform this job. Had I known this before I would have just had the dealer install windshield, I believe they just wanted to sell me the windshield, very disappointed

Ryan the Area Manager of 20 yrs, after inspecting my windshield frame he said all looks good .... 1-2 days later was leaking again,he's the 3rd guy that has been working on this issue..Really? I WILL NEVER USE them again.

They got the insurance to cover the repair and got me on the road. It was really good service and the website appointment calendar works well
