Amazing service, I took my watch to get the broken glass repaired and put it new battery. The owner is very polite and had my watch ready in 3 days. Also he fixed the lock at not extra charge. The price is very reasonable. I looked into many stores until I found Kyle's.

I can’t believe this place has any good reviews. This guy is a jerk. Maybe I just caught him on a bad day but he was incredibly rude. I went in to get a sterling silver chain lengthened. He tried to replace it with a rhodium plated box chain that didn’t match even slightly. He told me no one could add length to a sterling chain which is ridiculous. Go to Duffy’s. I’ve had sterling silver chains altered there to a custom length without any issue.

Wow!  If you need quick jewelry repair with amazing customer service this is the place to go. The reviews are high for a reason. They take care of their customers!
