I usually go to this location for my no-fault insurance needs as this is the closest location to my home in Redford. I called this afternoon to receive a quote as I have done many times before. The gentlemen was rude and quoted me a price of over $344 for a 7 day policy. I understand that rates increased but felt it unlikely to be so high. I called another LA insurance a few miles away from this location and was quoted $245 for the same policy. I called the initial location back to ask if the prices varied with each location as I was quoted a lesser price and was told "Why are you calling bothering me if you can get it cheaper". I explained that this location was closer AND that I always bring my business there are thought that I could continue. He then began to back pedal and state a bunch of b.s. I hung up on his ass. You wont get my money and ive never written a review before that was negative. BUT DONT take your hard earned money to a place that has no customer service skills. If you don't want my money, the next place will happily take it, SUCKA.
