I went in today to just look at a couple of sizes and pricing. I was greeted by Jane and Karina who were the most genuine people and so helpful. Karina offered me a water while Jane asked what sizes I was looking for. I could get my packages delivered here and they would kindly take care of them and put them in my cube. I will definitely be recommending my friends & family!

We arrived at this facility at 9:20 am. The office didn't open at 9:30 am as it should have. As a matter of fact I called Cubesmart at 9:35am, 10:03 am, 10:07am, 10:37am, 10:44am and 10:52am. In the meanwhile, the girl in the office came up to our car and claimed she had locked the keys inside the office and was waiting to get ahold of someone to come with a new set of keys. Every time I called the corporate office the manager claimed he would be there in a couple of minutes. Upon the last call, at 10:52am, corporate called the store manager and he told them he was a couple of minutes away. He finally arrived at 11:20am. Evidently, my couple of minutes and his are different. I don't see 28 minutes as "a couple of minutes." When we finally got in the office after waiting for 2 hours the girl at the office claimed to have been since 8:00am. Since we were sitting right by the office, why didn't she let us in at 9:30am? Instead she placed a sign on the door "returning at 10am" and promptly locked herself out. Then she spent the next 90 minutes on her cell phone. When we finally got into the office, she was very rude. She claimed she was there at 8am and called me a liar saying I was not there at 9:20am. "It was my word against hers." I complained and she told me to "just stop it." Meanwhile, the store manager sat by and didn't say a word about her rude behavior. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior in my entire life. This kid was younger than my youngest child. I do not appreciate being called a liar and there is no way I would lie about sitting there for 2 hours. Furthermore, since we were sitting in a large SUV right by the office, there is no way she could have missed our vehicle. What reason would I have to say I was there at 9:20am if I wasn't? She wasted our time. While my husband went to look at the unit, I spoke to the store manager. Hevnever apologized for her rude behavior, and said "I'll talk to her." He also stated he was in the shower since 9:45am when corporate first called him. They called him several times during this two hour fiascom Upon leaving, I called the corporate office to launch a complaint. I'm still waiting on a call back from the District Manager over 24 hours later. I will revise this review when and if he finds the time to get back with me. I also have screenshots of the numerous times I called the corporate office.

Very customer friendly. Units were large enough to accommodate a 3bdrm house. 

There were a couple of issues: 

- There is no lighting inside the storage unit, so we had to turn our car and keep in running to unload at night.

- I didn't see any security force.

- There were no outside lights around the unit or building in the back where the construction is located. 

In the times we're living now, it made it too easy for someone to walk up on you in the pitch black. 

I was very uncomfortable and leary.

Experience has been wonderful so far. The staff here is always so helpful and courteous. Will definitely recommend to all my family and friends.
