I absolutely loved Lisa! She is friendly and professional. When I contacted this office for my appointment for a laser treatment, I was scheduled quickly and was looking forward to my procedure. I was called numerous times prior to and the day of my appointment to tell me that my daughter's appointment was being canceled before she even had a consultation. I told the receptionist NOT to cancel! I was called again to tell me my appointment was being pushed back 15 min which was fine, but I ended up waiting about 45 min and never had the scheduled Lazer procedure because the machine is only there every other Monday and Friday. Because of this, my appointment had to be scheduled until the very end of May. I'm not sure why the receptionist would scheduled me for the procedure if they didn't have the machine.

Had my first botox appt yesterday.  Was nervous, anxious, and sweaty lol.  Gigi made me feel calm and relaxed.  She listened to my questions and concerns and answered them happily.  Can’t wait to see my results. I will definitely be back again and again!

Nurse who provided injections was so informative and vey warm and calm.  I appreciated her experience and detailed description of procedure and general information.  I have had Botox for almost 20 years and is the first person that ever took her time and care with me.  Your facility was warm and friendly and I shall continue going there!  Lovely lady!

I really like the franklin office everybody is very friendly and gigi is phenomenal. I am frustrated with the phone system. I requested a phone call to see if I could change my time slightly due to a personal emergency, The woman told me she would get the message to g g. The morning of my appointment. I never received a phone call. And I went to the appointments and they never received a message. And I could have come later which would have made my life a lot easier.

Came in a few weeks ago, everyone was very nice and I wanted to love it per the other reviews. They did try to give me what I requested but sadly messed up my filler. A lot of the filler pooled in the bottom corners of my top lip, instead of the top of the lip. Kind of droopy looking and not noticeable when my mouth is closed :/

Lisa was knowledgeable and created a soothing environment. Being my first time here and getting this service, I was very comfortable.  She suggested products but did not push.  I will be back.It would be nice if you had a reward program for services like dermaplane and hydro facials.Services:&nbsp;Skin treatments

I had a beautiful experience here, at the Glendale location. I have had bad ones too at other places, like eye drops or poor results. DO NOT let your spa talk you into dysport!! It runs, costs more because you need more units. They will tell you it's the same...it is not. ILLUME only uses Botox....right there, I knew they were aware . Anyway, my results after only 4 days are amazing. At 10$ per unit I feel like I won the lottery! Highly recommended

I can’t say enough good things about Gigi at the Franklin location. I’ve been places where they’re all about the money but not here. Gigi listens to my needs and spends time to give me the best treatment for my targeted goals. She’s warm and personable and I’ve never left unhappy with my results. I am long time customer with Illumne franklin since it was Limage in Muskego. I am spending so much money on my lip filler but recently after 3 days my lips are at the original place. I love working with GIGI but I guess you guys needs to change your products. Also I am not understanding why injections are not filled in front of me and why the client seats facing back to the counter where we cant see what we are getting in the injections. I have tried several places and they fill injections in front of you. I have few doctors in my family and they really do not like this idea that injections are pre filled. Its all about what we are getting inside of our body.

I always receive great service at the Illume in Franklin. Gigi does my Botox and is professional, friendly and does great work,
