They were extremely busy with lots of buying customers.
I had an individual with me in a wheelchair and a staff member offered his assistance with me by opening the door as we made our exit. Then offered to assist me even further but i declined any extra help.
Friendly and helpful even tho busy. I was very grateful!

Not really what I would consider 'outlet prices' but considering the lifetime warranty of the products I can understand. The vast majority of the products, including footwear, is pre-owned returned items which is a little gross to me, but they have some decent housewares and outdoor gear that is worth digging through the racks for. The staff is nice but they don't venture around the store to help so you're kind of on your own to find anything.

They had some good prices.  But they do not trust their costumers at all.  You can't even try shoes on comfortably.   They're zip tied together, and have theft protection on it in places that don't make any sense (like where your leg should go, or where you need to tie the shoe) making in impossible to try.   
I took a pair I really like to the cashier and asked if she can take it out so I could try it.  She took the theft alarm (not sure what they're called) put, and put it in a better place (I had to suggest it) and said she's not allowed to take the zip tie out, and that I have to try it in front of her.   
I had to try the shoes on when tied together, couldn't walk or move, and couldn't even go to look in the mirror.   
It was pretty humiliating, and I just gave her the shoes back and left.   
The most ironic part was, they have a saying in big letters on the wall, from the founder, saying something about treat your costumers like human beings.   
Will definitely not go back there.

We've tried this place out a few times. I understand that it is an outlet, but so are all of the other places around this area. This is the only place that sells damaged, used, or oddly shaped things. Again, I get that it's an outlet but the prices are still pretty high for the items they are trying to sell.

Crowded on the night after Christmas, partially due to 40-70% off just about everything. Plenty of staff to help without being obtrusive. High quality merchandise in sufficient quantities available. Plenty of parking.
