I have attempted a couple years ago to use their guest pass.  Nice facility and there wasn't a section off part for Personal Training before. If I recall her name, Ilva. Was talking to me in regards to goals and membership prices. Which is what you usually expect as a guest at any gym. But than she insisted to talk to me after my workout again. And she was trying to sell me into a membership. No matter how many times I told her I just wanted to feel out the gym first. Long story short, she scared me away didn't even get to my third day. Yesterday was the same thing. I came with my mother this time. And we talked to Alysia for half and hour but than insisted in working out and coming back after. When we came back it was different individual from the first girl (Alysia) that helped us. I communicated off that bat that I also work for a gym and as guest I want to feel out the facility first. He kept pushing towards membership prices and I explained my last experience. And what did he do? Wanted to talk about membership prices. I told him no again and that's when he decided to be rude and say to me. " I know you work at a gym,  but I'm 21 and have worked at three facilities. So I have better knowledge." As I sat there and didn't respond with anger and go down to his level. He finally gave me the guest pass for me and my mother. I mentioned throughout the time that LA fitness seems to be a lot like 24HF. That's a lie 24 HF is WAY BETTER. I am 26 and have worked for four different facilities with the company and I have never came across any gym facility that talk to guest like that. Take in consideration that 24HF is huge corporate company. Obviously, LA fitness is doing something wrong or really it just might be this location that makes the company look bad.

P.S. Bring your own water. Water off the fountains taste odd.

The most complete gym in Hemet. A little more expensive than the others, but worth the price.  Many diverse classes offered for no extra charge. Excellent water aerobics classes every morning at 9 am (except Sunday) and at 6 pm Monday thru Thursday.

Nice looking gym clean from what I saw, but the pool looked pretty foggy. Could of been getting close to them cleaning it, so not going to takes points away for that. BUT... what I am taking points away for is the pushy sales! If I tell you once that I'm not interested in personal training  when I come to sign up for a membership please don't ask me 3 other times in our conversation. Then please don't call over a trainer and tell them I don't  want to take advantage of what they have to offer.  Then have someone call me the next day and ask when is a good time to schedule an appt for a health evaluation. I have been in the fitness industry for a long time I know what I'm doing.  I just want a membership here so I can workout it's not that hard to understand. I appreciate the offer, but no means no the first time. That was such a turn off.

Locker room stinks like fungus and bacteria.  Urinals are filthy and wreak foul.  Trash always overflowing, mirrors and counters filthy.  When was the last time they cleaned the carpets? They stink.  Employees dont care.  The manager ignores your complaints and she is extremely rude.  Akl they want is your money.  Disgusting. One star for equipment.
