I finally dropped in to try a barre class and I’m HOOKED! Vault has a nice variety of class offerings (barre, Pilates, TRX, cycle ) to choose from and convenient hours.  There’s something for everyone ! If you’re looking for a new challenge or just bored with your current fitness routine, definitely check out Vault in Fort Lauderdale.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by name, but having a trainer like Coach C, is priceless!  I recently signed up at the Vault one month ago and I have seen AMAZING results in such a short period of time.  Coach C takes the time to get to know ALL of her clients. She often sends out individual (no group texting) text messages reminding you about upcoming classes and sometimes just a text to say you did a great job.  That personal touch makes a difference because all of her classes are always full.  She teaches spinning, TRX,  spin and shred and personal small group training.  Each class is always different, challenging and very motivational.  I couldn't be happier to make the Vault my fitness home.

I do pilates regularly in Clearwater but this time, in Ft. Lauderdale visiting, so decided to gave their advanced pilates class a try. Bianka did an amazing job and and actually got me sweating. The rates are very reasonable and clean, modern facility. Will definitely be back next time!

I was very skeptical being a male and taking a class of Pilates.  However, when I got there, it was all business and it was a great workout.  I would recommend EnCore to any guy who thinks Pilates is only for gals.

Susan took great care in making sure that our group got personal care and direction. I have never really enjoyed yoga but Pilates are alot of fun and you can feel successes after just two classes. EnCore Pilates gets my vote.
