The gym was recently renovated, it honestly looks incredible. Everything is brand new, it looks like an entirely different gym. Smells great, the equipment is brand new, and the prices are super reasonable. Very pleased, also the sales counselor james was very nice and helpful and attractive and single and has tiny tiny tiny left pinky toe

I had a break in into my locker just a few weeks after i joined the gym(even after putting the lock). I lost few hundred dollars and all my credit cards were gone. After complaining the cops, i came to know that, mine was the 3rd incident they have reported in a week in this gym. This gym is not secure and after so many incidents management has failed to take appropriate action like putting cameras outside gym locker room and there was no action taken from management. New equipment is amazing, Staff is friendly but make sure you read all contracts fully before signing them. Anthony was a huge help through my whole membership at this gym from information on how to loose weight to helping me pick the best personal trainer there. If I didn’t sign an apartment lease I would still be there training today. Thank you

Great gym. Good variety equipment and classes. Clean too. Has a sauna and a pool that I love using. Staff behind desk always says hi to me when I walk in. My husband is sad there is no squat rack at the Stamford location, but I don't squat so it doesn't bother me!
