Concepts gym is:
1)  Located near my home and work
2)  Reasonably priced with an exceptional payment plan
3)  Accommodates my schedule by opening early and closing late
4)  Has a great variety and number of machines so I never have to wait
5)  Has respectful members and staff that leave me to my workout
6)  Is clean and provides me with materials to clean equipment 
      before/after my workout
6)  Has showers and lockers
7)  Offers classes (yoga, fight club...)  that I will take advantage of once I

This gym is great for me. I'm able to go in get a workout not surrounded by tons of people. They have every machine I need. They are an older style gym not super showy. But a fantastic place to get results and loose weight, with a supportive staff. And when I used trainers they were very informative and helpful to get me started.

Large and rarely "full". Great value but equipment poor/broken often. The management has done a great job hiring more friendly, pleasant front desk and personal training staff - makes a big difference!

Best Gym value that exists.  Not expensive and 'pretty'.  Simple and nice design for anyone interested in working out.  Focus is on exercise, not the 'oufit' you are wearing.  Excellent, excellent staff.
This is the place to go if you want to go to The Gym.

Avoid, Avoid.  As a senior citizen, they took my money and then refused admittance to club.
No management at club and online is terrible.  Young (Jack) staff should go work elsewhere, you do not want a career here.  
Reporting to Connecticut Dept of Consumer Affairs.
