Wow!!! Just an amazing time there! The manager, I think her name is Julie, was so sweet and helpful! It was clean and just a motivating atmosphere! I will def be joining the club and hope to see results because of the helpful staff!!

My wife and I have been working out here for several years. As far as clubs go it has a large amount of machines, well lit, decent environment, classes, full size pool, sauna and hot tub and a juice/meal place. We work with a really awesome personal trainer as well! The reason I'm not giving this place 5*'s is because 1. The app they use for check ins hasn't worked for months. 2. Some of the equipment needs repair and has been needed for years. Not sure if they're every going to do that... 3. Being a large gym, there is higher turnover with the staff and their business model of operation is very corporate. Other than this though, it's a great place to work out!

Although there are some good workers, the procedures and competency fails. The biggest issue is the health reimbursement reporting. I've worked with their 3rd party vendor, and although that is correct, it seems like LA Fitness is not accurately reporting gym check ins - therefore no reimbursement. I still haven't gotten this fixed, and wish LA Fitness would take responsibility and fix it.

2 star rating for customer service. I needed to cancel my personal training package because of medical reasons. After months of calling, leaving messages, texts, and even reaching out to another club for help (it’s against their policy to cancel for another club), I got fed up. I called the corporate office and the lady was extremely helpful and kind. Took care of it in 2 min. She didn’t even try to pressure me like club employees. If you need to cancel a membership go straight to Corporate. Don’t waste your time.

Good rates, but you can tell much of the staff doesn't care. No one ever greets you - they just sit on their phones. The janitorial staff cleans during busy mornings and the whole place needs a remodel.
