Loved this location cause it's only woman but only thingy I don't liked is close earlier on the weekend loved the Saturday morning Zumba Val's amazing structor 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I love this gym! And I love the fact that it's women only, and that the classes come free with the membership. It's not as big or "fancy" as some of the other locations, but honestly that's what I like about it. It has what I need and it's still a very nice gym. They have a great variety of equipment and machines to use. Every time I've been there I've seen maybe a dozen people in the whole gym at one time, and most of the time it's less than that. This is really nice because even when it's busy there are machines available. I've had a great experience so far.

Will give more stars when the receptionist learn how to check me in correctly. Today I go on my account to check my visits as I do every mnth only to notice that they didn't check me in at call 2 times this mnth. I don't know about others but I keep track of the days I go to the gym so to go into my account and see those 2 days missing pissed me off.

Comfortable atmosphere and the staff is friendly. Classes come with the membership! Also have a sauna and full fitness floor. Its clean, towel service, shampoo/body wash provided in the showers. I enjoy it! Definitely worth checking out!
