My preferred branch in the NW zone of LifeTime. Great local, but often busy. Great locker rooms and showers, even during peak hours I don't find myself waiting long for squat racks. I'd love a climbing wall or a dedicated lap pool. The 1/8 mile track is great and the outdoor pool during the summer is great for my families. The single star reviews on here are baffling. I have never had a billing issue and any employees are always reasonable and friendly.

This location was underwhelming. The table tennis was nonexistent due to a racquetball tournament, but there was no communication posted anywhere. On this particular Friday night, one of the gyms was reserved for family use, so the second gym was way too packed. The LifeCafe at this location does not have glasses for water, and they pour the water straight from the faucet. They also make you use tiny paper cups or pay for a bigger plastic cup. The kitchen is slow and food is not even close to LifeCafe expectations.

Amazing facility with everything you could ask for in a gym. Machines, Free weights, Kettle bells, A pool, Sauna, steam room. It's all pretty awesome.

My boyfriend signed up in San Antonio and when he got back to MN, he asked numerous times to speak to a manager regarding his membership and was told EVERY TIME the manager was at lunch or "too busy." When he asked if the salesman could help him with his issue, he was told he had to speak with the manager. He then proceeded to laugh when my bf asked for corporate's number and was basically told "good luck with that." The icing on the cake was trying to submit a question via the website, which conveniently was "unable to send." Have fun getting overcharged and crappy customer service.

Showers are small and you can't adjust the heads. There was no hot water this morning in the showers or sinks. Female staff clean the men's locker room even when there are several males staff on site. As far as the other patrons go - most are decent - but the weight area is a total wreck, you have to either sort through the plates on the racks to get one you need or walk around looking for the last place something was used because very few people actually put the stuff back where it belongs. Update: the patrons of the weight area during the day are marginally better during the day time, but not much. I have also filled out health insurance paperwork twice in 6 to 9 months and have seen no monthly reimbursement from my insurance. I called and they said "I see no insurance information on your account, are you sure you filled out the paperwork?"...So, will I turn it in again and wait yet another 2-3 months? The filing process much be difficult for this paperwork.
