Our facility allows us to train groups of up to 20+ members in the early mornings, during the lunch hour or late afternoons throughout the week, while using equipment such as battling ropes, kettle bells, dumbbells, bands, skipping ropes and much much more.

Where do I start...I am so grateful for the entire fitbody family! I have been a member since October 2017 and Absolutely LOVE  everything they have to offer. The workouts are amazing and challenging. The Staff well....Just some of the most encouraging loving people you will ever meet. I have seen results in a short amount of time and try to make every workout count. You cant help but to throw in some dance moves between sets just to make the workout more exciting..It's a true pleasure to go to workout every morning! If you listen closely you might even hear your name! You really need to give it a try

I have only been a member for a short period of time but I am already addicted! This is one of the best, most intense workouts I have ever had. Each day is a different workout and they are constantly changing things up! The staff is super encouraging and always pushing you to work harder. I also love that they have a 5am class that allows me to get my workout completed first thing! It is great to have the option of childcare at various times. I love it here!

This place changed me life. I haven't worked out since college and I did not think I could do it again. They told me I could, and I did. I am amazed at what my body can do. It was hard for me just to walk up stairs or walk my dogs. I was afraid to start and I am glad I did. This is not your average gym! No intimidation here. No one cares that I am not a perfect picture of health. The staff and the members all encourage you to be a better you! Small groups with staff support. The coaches help you with your technique during the class if needed. Feels like you have your own personal trainer.

This place rocks! I’ve always worked out, but never really loved the gym. After having a baby I desperately needed to find a place I’d love so I would stay motivated. Fit Body does just that- keeps you motivated. The classes are fun, and the coaches are AMAZING!! If you’re looking for a great workout that’s also fun, this is the gym for you!

Love this place!! Great workout and always fun! The instructors always provide clear instructions on the exercises, and there are variations for every fitness level. I love exercise again thanks to Fit Body Boot Camp!  One of the best decisions i have ever made.
