The facilities are very nice and I've been pleased with how clean the place is. Definitely busy after work but I've never not been able to get a treadmill. My personal trainer, Alex, is fantastic. Just a great guy all around and very good at inspiring me to work harder (and God knows I need it).  I do wish they had a towel service and it would be nice if childcare was available more on the weekends. Otherwise, the place is great. If you're thinking about joining a gym in the Tualatin area, I would definitely recommend LA Fitness (and Alex!).

Can't believe their hours. So many times now I go to work out on the weekends and they close SOOO EARLY!! DONT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE IF YOU LIKE EVENING WORKOUTS, LIKE AT 7:30. THEY CLOSE AT 8 WHEN THEY SHOULD BE OPEN TO AT LEAST 10, OR EVEN 12 ON A SATURDAY. CANT BELIEVE IT.

Great gym, clean, nice basketball gym, nice pool room. No towel service. Biggest problem for me would be open hours reduction. I often work out from 10:30-12, and they now close at 11 on weekdays (excluding Friday). Because of this I am signing up for a different gym.

I was a member here for since November 2015. I canceled my membership yesterday due to it becoming overcrowded. I used to start my workouts around 6pm but for the last 4 or 5 months, I wasn't getting there until 8pm due to the overcrowding issue.

Not only is the gym getting too full, finding a spot to park is nearly impossible and it's only getting worse with a couple of new businesses being added as they will use the same parking lot.

The gym itself is fine, it's constantly being cleaned, which is nice, the staff is great and super friendly as are most of the gym goers.

I just can't start working out at 8pm anymore, it got to the point where I was dreading going to the gym.

Luckily I found a new gym that's even closer to home and is not crowded at all.

We canceled our membership 3 months ago after switching to a more convenient gym. However, we continued to get charged. After going in to figure out why, they finally canceled our membership, but refused to return the 3 months of wrongful charges on our account. If you are going to do business, don't be greedy because it could cost you in the future. I do not recommend this gym, unless you would like to continue to be charged even after you've canceled your membership.
