I was too busy to train for the Portland half-marathon this year, so I started working out with OT in July.  I didn't workout religiously, maybe 2-3 times per week, closer to the two.  First week of October, I ran the half, and I was able to complete the half marathon a little slower, but much stronger than when I trained religiously 2 years ago.  The day after the marathon I was no stiffer than a hard workout at OT.  I'm totally amazed that 1/2 hour of running at OT can be so effective.  I think all the core exercise helped, as I have a weak back.  I made sure I ran my base pace, and kept my heart at the orange zone.  Really impressed.  Oh, and the coaches are great too, really motivating.

Great workout everyday. I've been going over a month now 3 to 5 times a week and i can tell my core is stronger and i feel trimmer.

I love everything about orangetheory. The coaches, front desk staff and workouts are all incredible. I had been at other gyms for years but didn't see the results I was working for. After just a few months at orangetheory I feel and look stronger and faster. I'm so grateful for this gym and crew! Thanks to all the AMAZING coaches for the extra push!

Amazing all around!!!! Staff is so friendly and coaches are all spirited and supportive. Great facility- very clean. Would recommend to friends 100%
