Beautiful doesnt seem to cover it.   The wonderful people at La Fleur's went above and beyond on my daughters wedding flowers.  From the moment we went into the shop for a consult, to the delivery on her special day.  Stunning and exactly the way she wanted them!  I cant thank you enough for your talent and the beautiful presentation.  With all the stress related to a wedding, the flowers were not one of them!  Breathtaking is my best description.  Thank you again.  Customer for life here!!!!!

My friend just had a baby girl and I sent her what I thought was a beautiful arrangement of roses, pink daisies, and lillies. What my friend recieved was 2 yellow roses and some carnations. Nothing like what was in the picture!! However, after La Fleur was aware of my disatisfaction, they contacted me right away and offered to re-deliever my flower arrangement. It was a long holiday weekend and they explained they were low on arrangements. I give  5 stars because of their customer service, and their 2nd arrangement was lovely. This shop really cared about both parties involved in this transaction, which is rare to see. I do appreciate that.

I ordered flowers for my anniversary with my gf from out of the US through their website, since I was out of town, and everything went perfectly. I called to check on the order and they were very helpful and cordial and the arrangement was perfect, my gf loved it!!

My fiance and I are planning a wedding in Lafayette.  I contacted La Fleur's hoping to speak to someone about flowers for the wedding party and was very rudely rushed off the phone when I was told they couldn't help me unless I had several thousand dollars in my budget for flowers.  The woman I spoke to was very condescending.  I may not be extremely wealthy and my fiance and I are paying for most of the wedding ourselves so we do have to maintain a budget.  I feel that La Fleur's could have used a little more tact instead of making me feel like only the wealthiest of brides deserve a nice wedding.
