I order flowers from Franklin Flower Shop multiple times a year both for work and personally. They're arrangements are always beautiful and delivery in the area is included. I've never had any problems with them and would recommend them to anyone.

I've used Franklin Flower Shop in Franklin, LA twice to send flowers to my wife. The prices of their arrangements are good. The delivery service is accurate and timely. If I had any suggestion for improvement it would be to work on the telephone experience between the customer and the establishment. I like to feel unrushed and valued as a customer. I'd also work on maintaining information. The first time I ordered, I asked the store to keep my information so I wouldn't have to repeat it the next week and be on the telephone for 20 minutes. They said they would ... but couldn't find it. Bottom line, the flowers were pretty and delivered to the right place for a reasonable price. What else can you ask for? I'll continue to use them on a regular basis.
