Mary was so helpful during a difficult time. She provided all of the floral arrangement for a family members funeral. The flowers were beautiful.The customer service was excellent. I would diffidently return for all of my floral needs.

I ordered online for the funeral of a dear friend several states away.  I checked the box allowing for substitutions by the florist, thinking that at most a few flowers would be different from the picture.  The arrangement sent bore no resemblance to the spray that was ordered.  Not only was it radically different, it was hideous.  When I called to complain, Mary reminded me of the checked box and insisted that they had used flowers that were the same $$ value as the spray in the picture.  She offered no compensation and was unapologetic just told me to have a nice day.  Ha!  I will consider this a $170 lesson learned.  If you are ordering online avoid Mary's

It at least got their on time... It just looked nothing the picture online.

Flowers came almost a week late.  No one called me to let me know what was going on.  I was not given any kind of discount or credit.  My expectations were not met and I would not recommend Mary's flowers in Lafayette.
