We love this place! This is by far the best location we have ever been to. Fay is always the sweetest employee that is there and one of the reasons we come here.

I walk in to place a to go order. I stand around a few minutes without being seen. Now I decide to call the location while waiting for help, no answer. A few minutes more go by and more customers come in to place orders, NOW were seen. The lady behind the counters hollars over to us, “Y’all been helped!”. I give a resounding no. At this point I ask for them manager who seemed overwhelmed and ask for a corporate number. I was given the card for the GM. These folks should be happy they are located where they are. People are apparently coming back for the location, because it sure as hell isnt for the service.

Questionable practices at this place. I get a good experience 2 out of every 5 times, so here's my review.

This afternoon I went into this location to get a loaf of beard. They had nothing but the wheat bread packaged and a rack of white. I ask for a loaf of the white bread. The employee tells me she cannot sell me the bread on the rack that I can purchase the wheat. I told her I did not want wheat, that I wanted white bread. She tells me that bread is for the next day and she cannot sell it. My question is, a customer wants a certain bread that you have a whole rack of and you won't sell it too the customer? It was 6:00 pm and you do not close until 9:00 pm and you have the bread I want and cannot sell it too me? Whatever happened to customer service. I was under the impression that la Madeleine was a French Bakery and they were in the business to sell bread and other baked goods. If you cannot sell your product after certain time maybe you should close at that time.

Service was great French onion soup would not recommend the soup itself was good but the bread they use in it very bitter leaves a bad taste in your mouth
