I had an amazing experience with La Maison D'Or. I dealt with Jessica over the course of a few months, and she was patient and knowledgeable, and worked with me and my budget to pick the right diamond for my wife's engagement ring (ring in the middle). My wife receives compliments all the time on her engagement ring.

After our engagement we went back to La Maison D'Or for our wedding bands, and once again we had a fantastic experience. Jessica worked with me to create a ring I would love, and she helped me in designing a ring with customized elvish script for our (wife and I) mutual love of Lord of the Rings. Jessica advised me on the type of finishing, etc. and the ring came out even better than I had ever hoped (ring on left). My wife also found a wedding band she loved (ring on right) for a fantastic price.

If you're looking for a jewelry store where the staff are patient, are not pushy, and willing to work with you to meet your budget, I would recommend La Maison D'Or.

Myrna was fantastic. Helped us narrow down, and eventually choose, our wedding bands after quite literally visiting 15 different stores.

We both had very high expectations, and some reservations about purchasing custom pieces without seeing them. Myrna was incredibly patient and took the time to show us various options, explain in detail the costs and was incredibly accommodating with every minor change or detail we asked. 

Our expectations were surpassed ten-fold. We couldn't be happier with the products, level of service received and our overall experience with them.

I love La Maison D'Or. They are the only jeweller I go to. (and I'm bringing my friend there when she gets engaged!) They helped me create the perfect custom engagement ring and find a wedding band that was exactly what I wanted and fit my budget. The customer service is outstanding and the shopping experience is great because they take the time to listen you and answer your questions and teach you about your jewellery, the process, the stones etc. A big thank you to all the staff who have helped me, especially Jason!

I bought a wedding ring seven years ago and took the 10 year warranty.
I had issues with the diamond and Maison d"Or didn't hesitate to took care of it. I was satisfied with their service.
