Came with a friend we both wanted the same sweater. Nicole at the register says do you want to pay all together I say yes. Pay and leave to realize only one is in the bag. Go back and because of the mix up I wanted to try on the same sweater in the bag and a large as well. Come back out and tell her I will take the large, I pay for the large and leave but she puts away the medium. Leave and realize there is still one sweater in the bag! I went back and they had to review security footage, they realized they made the mistake and I received the second sweater but wish I received an apology from Nicole or a credit of some kind for having to come back twice for the same mistake!

Had to walk around to 3 different cashiers because none of them had a thing that could remove a security tag. Another one (the one that could apparently remove the tag) wasn't there. Oh and before that I went to try on a bathing suit and the groin area had no sticker and was visibly dirty to say the least :(

I placed my first order with Simons recently and am so pleased with my purchase! I ordered some items from their home wear collection (Christmas theme). I ordered the holiday hound pillowcases,  moose hunt doormat, Nordic forest throw and the dancing deer flannel fitted sheet. My order arrived so quickly, was packaged beautifully. My boyfriend and I were so excited to get the sheets and pillowcases on the bed (but we had to wait until they had been washed first). The only complaint I have, which is at no fault to Simons is that the since the door mat has a rubberised backing, i found that the throw really smelled like rubber when it came out of the box. After washing the throw, the smell had gone away. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of everything. The pillowcases are too adorable, the throw is a beautiful patter and super soft, the fitted sheet is so cozy and the door mat is the perfect size. I will definitely be ordering from Simons in the future!!

My go to store. Every time I go to this store I ALWAYS see something I want to buy or purchase. They have unique and QUALITY pieces from high end (ie. $600) to low end prices (i,e, $19.99) so there is something for everyone. Customer service is fantastic.

This store is a lot of fun! This is a Canadian store that mainly carries its own house brands. The clothes are relatively cheap, trendy and fun. It carries both men’s and women’s clothing. The designs are something between H&M and the Gap. There aren’t many locations outside of Quebec, but this store is huge and definitely worth visiting while in Toronto.
