I have been visiting this location for 8 years, through my three pregnancies. The service has ALWAYS been amazing. I feel welcomed every time I come in. The staff have become like family, specifically Diana and Ivon (I’m not good with names, hopefully my mommy brain isn’t failing me!). I work retail management and know that turnover is a struggle. But it’s amazing too see that the same staff member has been there for the last 8 years; this says a lot for the company. I’ve gone a few years in between each pregnancy and each time I come back, they remember me! They remember my kids and family members that have visited the store with me. They always ask how everyone is doing, and never fail to meet my every need. This is what every company should aim to achieve. Thyme, you have hit the jackpot with these associates! They really hit a home run when it comes to customer service and building lasting relationships with customers! I always recommend this location to my expecting friends and family. I could go on and on about all the good things this store has done for me! 

Being pregnant you have all these insecurities about you’re growing body, if you want the best advice and service, make this store your go to!

Love going to this location. The selection and sales are always great.  The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. Always a pleasant experience shopping at Thyme Woodbridge!

Today, I visited Thyme Maternity Woodbridge location to purchase underwear. Initially, my experience was positive, as a very lovely and helpful sales consultant was helping me to find underwear that are the right fit. I explained to the lady that at this point in my pregnancy I want clothing to be as loose as possible, and that the underwear I initially purchased, although loose, continues to roll down my belly bump. The lady was kind enough to explain that sometimes this happens with their low cut underwear even though the size may not be too small. It just depends on a woman's belly bump. She recommended I stick to the size I've been wearing but instead go with a different style of underwear. She was so very helpful! We then walked to the front desk to complete the purchase, and another sales consultant who must have overheard our conversation, felt the need to give me her opinion on what size underwear I should buy. She explained that when she was pregnant "she purchased these underwear in a size small, and she is definitely not a size small because she wears a size 12 or 14 in pants, but that she believes the size large will be perfect for me." Then this woman walked away. I was shocked and confused over this woman's behaviour. I do not think it is appropriate for sales consultants to be commenting on the size of a woman's body in general, much less fat shaming a pregnant woman. Pregnancy is a beautiful thing but it can also be a time when women feel very uncomfortable with their body size for various reasons. I think it is important for sales staff to be sensitive to this. 

Management, I think you need to take a better look at the staff you have hired for the Woodbridge location. Not only are they pushy and intrusive, but some of them are flat out rude and inappropriate. I will not be shopping at Thyme Maternity ever again, and will be sharing this experience with everyone.

Terrible customer service and impatient sales associate on the sales day. They took a wrong order and asked for the wrong size of jeans to be on held at another store location... prob never visit this location again
