My daughter and I went to Hamilton for a fun day, visiting the art gallery and looking around downtown. We visited Sirens because my daughter wanted to look at a dress. The clothes are bargain priced and whimsical, youthful. I didn't care that not one of the three staff working did not approach either of us to ask if we required assistance, but when I grabbed a pole to reach to a top rack (for the second time) one of the staff said "You can't do that" and gave me the most reproachful look. When I laughingly commented that I already had to reach an item, she actually appeared angry with me. This woman was the worst salesperson I have ever experienced - ever. She was overtly hostile, I would actually say she was threatening. Here's the thing. I represent profit, you represent overhead. I don't care if you're having a bad day. It's called professionalism and it's what adults do.

I really haven't had any issues there. Friendly girls, dope gear, banging beats. What else do you need? Cheap and good deals too

The worst customer service have ever seen... be prepared when you are going there. They lack customer orientated skills. I bought a sandal that was not my size and try exchanging after a day and was told i cant exchange n i have to just keep wearing whats not my size weather i like it or not. whereas the return policy on receipt is 14 days, i was angry and dashed her the sandal and she collected it without refunding my money or exchanging.. Have never experienced such customer service before. BEWARE
