The room was comfortable and clean. The entire staff was professional and friendly from the front​ desk to housekeeping. I enjoyed the free breakfast (scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage and crispy bacon, Belgian waffle and more). I did not get to try out their Bistro (open from 5-10) but plan on checking it out next time I'm in town.

While the staff is really good, the first room smelled and we were lucky to get a different room. Then that room had ants, so we got another room. Sadly the key card didn't work on the door. So someone had to stay in the room and we had to switch turns leaving. Again, the staff was accommodating with the circumstances.

I was there attending Radford University 2 day Quest event. I reserved a room for a 1 night stay. When we arrived the front desk attendant Brittany was super sweet, and very helpful. Our room was clean and fresh smelling. The towels and washclothes was white and clean. We stayed at Quest all day so by the time we got back to our room it was late. We quickly crashed in our beds.

We had a very pleasant stay on April 18th.
The rooms were clean and bright.  The bathroom was clean and lots of HOT water...not always the case when you stay at hotels.  The management was very friendly and ensured we were well taken care of.  The stay included a hot breakfast the next morning which was nice.  The actual manager came into the eating area, cleaned off the tables and brought hot coffee to the tables.
Before leaving the manager ensured we were very happy with our stay.
Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was we stayed a year ago and did not experience the same results.  It was a great improvement and we will stay here again.

Wonderful, helpful,  accomodating staff. Very nice building. Usful family accommodation with fridge, microwave etc.
I was very impressed by the energy and positive attitude the most helpful young lady at the front desk.
