We just bought a house and my mom and I went in to look at couches. The lady (I'd rather not put her on blast) was so unhelpful. I told her what I wanted and told her our household situation and basically spelled it out for her . I had to ask her to show us stuff. She walked around and my mom and I were the ones pointing out and asking. I even showed her an expample of a style we want but wanted it more comfortable. Rather than showing us other options similar she just walked us around the store like we knew where we were going .  When we asked for a flyer about a couch so I could go and show my husband her response was "well you can find it online " and then after the fact she said "I can photo copy this for you " as if she was doing us the favor . She didn't seem like she wanted to sell us anything . If that was her intentions then she won. I don't want to give her or lazy boy my business ... ever .

Quite possibly the worst sales experience I have ever had.  The salesperson was extremely rude, condescending and very insulting to my wife and I.  We came in looking for a table and a recliner and not only was she a little pushy, but when we asked questions she would snap back with rude answers as if we were so stupid and annoying her.  Her name was Julianne and she was the most miserable person.  We were ready to spend $1200 on a recliner but we left the store because she was so insulting when we asked her a final question before the sale.  I will never understand how idiots like this get a job in sales.  She was also really ugly.
